Her research interests fit mainly in the area of innovation management, strategic management, strategic planning, entrepreneurship as well as entrepreneurship and gender. This has been developed through her masters degree with a thesis focusing on a topic related to gender and entrepreneurship, followed by research assistance work focusing on family business management and succession and a PhD focusing on open innovation.
