Konstantina holds a Masters degree in Human Resources Management from Athens University of Economics and Business, and a BSc in Psychology in Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.

Her doctorate research and thesis centre around the investigation of the effects of modern technology on employee recovery and well-being.
