Newcastle University Business School , Humanities, Arts & Social Sciences

Lecturer (Grade F) £31,671 - £35,646 per annum

Lecturer (Grade G) £36,715 - £43,840 (with potential progression to £49,342) per annum

Senior Lecturer: (Grade H) £45,155 - £52,347 (with potential progression to £60,439) per annum

Newcastle University is continuing its substantial investment in the Business School to further enhance its teaching, research and programme development expertise. We now seek two additional academic staff to join our Strategy and Operations subject group. The Business School is due to move into a new dedicated school building in September 2011.

For a lectureship you should have a good first degree and have (or be close to completing) a PhD. The successful candidate will be developing a publication record in their subject specialism. A Senior Lecturer will already have a national and international profile in research and will have broad experience of curriculum development and teaching in their subject area. For each of these posts we intend to appoint to an appropriate level related to the candidates match with the person specification and job description.
