As Head of E-Marketing in the UK for HSBC, Paul Say is responsible for the development, adoption and monetarisation of the bank's 'e' customer proposition including internet banking, share dealing, mobile banking, web, mobile and e-mail marketing.

He joined HSBC Group from NatWest in 1999 and since then he has been responsible for several marketing and e-commerce initiatives in Europe and Asia Pacific including the launch of a range of electronic customer services on the internet, digital TV and mobile channels. In 2002, he joined First Direct to manage the development of their award winning e-commerce propositions: www.firstdirect.com and text message banking. He successfully launched internet banking plus, firstdirect's account aggregation service.
