Technology and Consumer Behaviour

The Marketing and Retail and the e-Business & e-Government Special Interest Groups of the British Academy of Management and the Marketing and Communications Group (MARCOMMS) of the School of Business and Management at Queen Mary University of London are organising a one-day joined workshop on "Technology and Consumer Behaviour" on Friday the 20th of May 2016 at the School of Business and Management, Queen Mary University of London.

Technology has changed the way we do business, the way consumers behave and communicate with other consumers and businesses, and the way the marketing field has developed in the 21th century. This workshop aims to provide an opportunity for researchers to share innovative research findings and directions for future research on how technology affects consumer behaviour and to provide the opportunity for researchers to network with colleagues in this field and showcase their work.
