WHO led the digital transformation of your company?

Prof Papagiannidis published a paper in the International Journal of Information Management, entitled "WHO led the digital transformation of your company? A reflection of IT-related challenges during the pandemic".

In this paper the authors reflect on a number of IT related challenges during the COVID19 pandemic, primarily from aCIO and IT professionals perspective. They consider three time periods, namely the period before the pandemic, the response to the pandemic and the period after it. For each period they discuss the key challenges that prac-titioners faced and outline important areas to consider for the future. Hopefully, the lessons learnt and theexperiences gained will positively inform future academic research and practice.
